(TSX-V:KBX) announce that diamond drilling has commenced on Eagle Plains’ Titan molybdenum project located 50km west of Atlin in northwestern British Columbia. The property is controlled 100% by EPL (subject to a 1.5% NSR), and consists of 107 claim units covering approximately 6,500 acres.

(EPL:TSX-V) has mobilized a crew to commence geophysical fieldwork on the Dragon Lake Gold Project located 85km northeast of Ross River, YT, 10 km west of the North Canol Road. The claims consist of 40 units (900 ha) covering an area of approximately 6 km x 2 km, and are 100% owned by Eagle Plains with a 1% NSR reserved for Bernie Kreft of Whitehorse, Yukon.

(“Schwab”) to perform investor relations services to the company for an initial six-month term, commencing June 7th. Schwab and Associates are based in Kelowna, B.C., with involvement in investor relations activities across North America and Europe. At present, Schwab has no interest, directly or indirectly in Eagle Plains or its securities.
Eagle Plains Commences Fieldwork on Kalum Gold-Silver Project; L.W. MacEachern Resigns from Board
Cranbrook, B.C., 01 June, 2004: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has mobilized crews to commence fieldwork on the Kalum project located 30km northwest of Terrace, near the central coast of British Columbia. The claims consist of 540 units (32,000/13,500 ha) covering an area of approximately 10 km x 12 km, and are 100% owned by Eagle Plains. Fieldwork during 2004 is budgeted at over $1,000,000 and will follow up on very encouraging results obtained during 2003 fieldwork (see Sept 30, 2003 News Release).

Eagle Plains/Shoshone Silver Execute Formal Agreement on Blende Property, Acquire Additional Claims
Cranbrook, B.C. 11 May, 2004: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) announces that it has executed a formal option agreement with Shoshone Silver Mining Co.. (SHSH:OTC) whereby Shoshone may earn a 60% interest from EPL in the Blende silver/base-metal deposit located in the Wernecke Mountains, approximately 65 NE of Keno in central Yukon Territory. The property is currently owned 100% by EPL (subject to a 1% NSR), and originally consisted of 16 quartz claims covering approximately 800 acres.
Eagle Plains Commences Fieldwork on Iron Range Project
Cranbrook, B.C., 05 May, 2004: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has commenced fieldwork on the Iron Range project located in the Goat River area 15km NE of Creston, B.C.. The property consists of 144 units (8,700 acres) owned 100% by Eagle Plains and holds no underlying royalties or encumbrances. The property is well situated with respect to infrastructure, with a high pressure gas pipeline, high voltage hydro-electric line, railway and major highway located within property boundaries.
