Who We Are
Eagle Plains Resources is a Canadian based mineral exploration company with over 50 mineral exploration properties in western Canada. Management is made up largely of geologists with decades of experience and a proven ability to develop joint-venture partnerships. An in-house team of geologists and technicians enable us to manage this large portfolio of exploration projects.
Objective
Eagle Plains’ primary vision is to locate ore deposits in Canada. In pursuit of this goal, the company aspires to be the “partner of choice” for other companies seeking to acquire quality exploration projects and access our in-house technical expertise to collaborate in the exploration process.
Eagle Plains is committed to steadily building shareholder value by advancing our diverse portfolio of projects toward discovery utilizing collaborative partnerships and our highly experienced technical and management teams. The company’s focus is to preserve its robust treasury while advancing its most promising projects. In addition, Eagle Plains continues to seek out and secure high-quality, unencumbered projects through research, staking and strategic acquisitions. Throughout the exploration process, our mission is to bolster prosperity in communities by exploring for and discovering resource opportunities while building lasting relationships through honest and respectful business practices.
Celebrating over 30 years
Eagle Plains' management has developed the company with a long-term outlook, acquiring assets when opportunities present themselves and vertically-integrating these to maximize value. It has seized opportunity and operated prudently as evidenced by the fact that the company has never conducted a rollback in over thirty years of operating and has ~115m shares outstanding. Eagle Plains is the 4th oldest stock on the TSX-V and one of only a few in this club to have not consolidated the share structure. The company possesses a healthy treasury, carries no debt and is sustained by generating significant revenue.
In 2024 Eagle Plains Resources officially turned 30 years old having been incorporated in March 1994. During that time corporate developments and market conditions have provided several lucrative entry and exit opportunities as depicted in the value chart below.

Management
Charles C. Downie, P.Geo.
Mr. Downie has over 35 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining. After graduation in 1987, Chuck worked for Cominco Ltd. where he was involved with exploration, evaluations and mine development and production at various operations throughout Western Canada including the Pine Point, Polaris, Snip and Sullivan deposits. Chuck has been involved with publicly-traded exploration companies since the mid-1990s and was appointed President and CEO of Eagle Plains in 2024.
Tim J. Termuende, P.Geo.
Mr. Termuende is a professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. Since departing Cominco in the late 1980s, Tim has worked on exploration projects throughout North and South America and has been involved with numerous publicly traded companies since 1994. As founder and former CEO of Eagle Plains Resources, he oversaw multiple corporate spinouts, most notably Copper Canyon Resources (acquired by NovaGold for ~$65M in 2011) and Taiga Gold Corp. (acquired by SSR Mining for ~$31M in 2022). Tim currently serves as Executive Chairman of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd.
Jesse T. Campbell, B.Sc.
Mr. Campbell has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration across a range of commodities and jurisdictions. Since 1998, he has held progressive roles with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., including President of wholly-owned subsidiary TerraLogic Exploration Inc., and currently serves as Vice-President Exploration and Director. He also served as Director and COO of Taiga Gold Corp. from inception through its $31M acquisition by SSR Mining in 2022. Jesse graduated with Distinction from the University of Calgary with a B.Sc. in Geography.
Robert J. Doyle, B.Sc., CPA, CA
Mr. Doyle brings over 20 years of experience working with emerging companies across Canada and the United States, with expertise spanning corporate finance, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully completed more than $1.0 billion in transaction value across M&A mandates. Robert holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1983. He currently serves as Senior Vice-President of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. Robert was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Director of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. in June 2024.
Glen J. Diduck, B.Comm.
Mr. Diduck brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on accounting, audit, and taxation for small to medium-sized businesses. Since 1999, he has worked extensively in the publicly traded junior mining exploration sector, with particular expertise in financial disclosure and corporate governance. Glen previously held executive positions with Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd., Triumph Gold Corp., Taiga Gold Corp. (acquired by SSR Mining in 2022), and Copper Canyon Resources Ltd. (acquired by NovaGold Resources Ltd. in 2011). He currently serves as a Director of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd.
Bill Bennett, B.A., LL.B
Mr. Bennett holds a B.A. from the University of Guelph and an LL.B from Queen’s University. Before pursuing a legal career, Bill owned and operated fly-in fishing and hunting lodges in Manitoba and the Northwest Territories. He earned his law degree at age 42, practiced law in Cranbrook, BC for approximately eight years, and was first elected to the BC Legislative Assembly in 2001 as MLA for East Kootenay. Over his sixteen years in government, Bill served in numerous cabinet positions under Premiers Gordon Campbell and Christy Clark, including Minister of State for Mining, Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, and Minister of Energy and Mines. He is widely recognized across Canada for his deep expertise in BC's mining industry and natural resources sector, and for his extensive experience working with First Nations communities on resource-related matters.
Paul S. Reynolds, B.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Reynolds is a professional geoscientist with over 35 years of experience working on mineral exploration and mining projects across Canada, the USA, Bolivia, Argentina, and Guyana. He specializes in the conception and management of mineral exploration ventures and has extensive experience managing public companies in both director and executive officer capacities. Paul was formerly Chairman of Athlone Energy Ltd., which was acquired by Daylight Energy Ltd. in September 2008, and previously served as President & CEO of Triumph Gold Corp. (TSX-V). Paul holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia (1987) and has been a registered member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia since 1992.

Eagle Plains is proud to have assembled an impressive technical team under the subsidiary company TerraLogic Exploration Inc. and continues to value the support of the administrative staff, all of whom provide the skills necessary to carry out our goal of creating shareholder value. Eagle Plains controls more than 50 mineral exploration properties representing a wide variety of mineralization types, the diversity of experience and knowledge of our team of geologists and technicians is integral to the efficient and thorough exploration of these properties.
Eagle Plains and the Community
Eagle Plains has a history of supporting community initiatives in the areas it operates through donations to select clubs, charities and organizations. Some of these include B.C. Children's Hospital, youth sports programs, food banks and community safety/education initiatives.
