Eagle Plains/Mulligan Capital Corp Commence Airborne Geophysical Survey on Eagle Lake, Saskatchewan Uranium Property

Cranbrook, B.C., September 13th, 2006: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:EPL) and Mulligan Capital Corp (TSX-V:MCC.P) announce that an airborne geophysical survey will commence immediately on EPL’s 100% owned Eagle Lake uranium project located 28 km southeast of Cameco's Key Lake mining operation in north-central Saskatchewan, Canada. 

Eagle Plains Announces Financing

Cranbrook, BC; 07 September, 2006: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:EPL) announces that it intends to complete a brokered private placement to a single arms-length investor. Application will be filed with the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) to sell 461,538 units at a price of $0.65 CDN per unit for aggregate proceeds of $300,000 CDN.  Each unit will consist of one (1) “flow-through” common share and one half (1/2) of one non-flow-through common share purchase warrant.

(TSX-V:EPL) and Mulligan Capital Corp (TSX-V:MCC.P) have executed a Letter of Intent whereby Eagle Plains has agreed to grant an option to Mulligan to earn a 60% interest in EPL’s 100% owned Eagle Lake uranium project located 28 km southeast of Cameco's Key Lake mining operation in north-central Saskatchewan, Canada.

Eagle Plains Receives 5700 Stream-Sediment Samples from Mackenzie Valley Zinc Project Area, NWT

Cranbrook, B.C. 27 June, 2006: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has completed an agreement with a private B.C. company whereby EPL has retained maps and sample pulps for an area of approximately 19,000 sq km located in the Mackenzie Mountains of western Northwest Territory, Canada.

Eagle Plains/Blind Creek Commence Extensive Drilling Program at Blende Silver/Base-Metal Deposit, Yukon Territory

Cranbrook, B.C. 23 June, 2006: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) and Blind Creek ResourcesLtd. (a private B.C. company) jointly announce that they have mobilized crews and equipment to commence a summer-long diamond drilling program on the Blende property, located in central Yukon approximately 65 NE of Keno. A total of 6,000 - 8,000m of drilling is planned for the project during 2006. Over 50 tons of equipment and 35,000 litres of fuel were placed on the property in March by winter road access.

Eagle Plains Plans $4M in Exploration Spending During 2006

Cranbrook, B.C. 16 June, 2006 -Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) announces that a total of $4,000,000 in exploration spending is expected for the Company's projects, with total projected drill footages of a minimum of 12,000m ( approx. 40,000 feet) to be completed on at least 6 separate projects located in western Canada. In addition, airborne geophysical surveys, geological mapping and sampling programs and grassroots project generation work will be conducted in a number of geographic areas.

Eagle Plains Commences Drilling on Coyote Creek Gypsum Project

Cranbrook, B.C., 2 June, 2006: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has commenced a 10 hole, 2000 foot diamond drilling program on the Coyote Creek gypsum project located in the Lussier River/Coyote Creek area 50km NE of Cranbrook, BC. The drilling program is a follow-up of a successful drilling campaign completed during the fall of 2005 on the property.

The objective of the 2006 program is to define an inferred resource on the property of 6-8 million tonnes of mineable material.

Eagle Plains Announces Request For Trading Halt Pending Shareholder Meeting to Consider Plan of Arrangement

(“Eagle Plains” or the “Company”)(EPL:TSX-V) announces that the Company has requested a temporary trading halt of its shares as of the opening of trading on June 1st, 2006 noting that May 31st, 2006 was the last day for processing trade orders for settlement on or before June 5th, 2006.
