Cranbrook, B.C., 10 October, 2007: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) announces that it has executed a formal option/purchase agreement with Alexco Resource Corp (AXR:TSX; AXU:AMEX) whereby Eagle Plains has granted Alexco an option to purchase Eagle Plains’ 30% interest in the McQuesten Joint Venture (currently held 70/30% by Alexco and Eagle Plains). The property is located approximately 40km north of Mayo, within the Keno Hill Mining District.
Cranbrook, B.C. 03 October, 2007: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) announces that it has executed a formal option agreement with XO Gold Resources Inc., (a private British Columbia corporation) whereby XO may earn a 60% interest from EPL in the Titan copper-gold-molybdenum project located 50km west of Atlin in northwestern British Columbia. The property is controlled 100% by EPL (subject to a 1.5% NSR), and consists of approximately 4,300 ha (10,000 acres).
Cranbrook, B.C., 23 August, 2007: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has commenced a 6-8 hole, 3000m (10,000’) diamond drilling program on its 100% owned Findlay Project, located 35km northwest of Kimberley, B.C.. The program targets Sullivan-type sedex mineralization, and is the first major work completed in the area since 2000. Drilling activity will follow up extensive exploration work completed by Eagle Plains and past partners Rio Algom, Kennecott and Billiton Metals during the 1990s.

(EPL:TSX-V) has completed Phase 1 exploration work and has mobilized crews and equipment to carry out a 5-hole diamond drilling program on and adjacent to the Bronco discovery, located in the Mackenzie Mountains near the Yukon/ NWT border, 70km north of the Canol Road.

(EPL:TSX-V) and Wellstar Energy Corporation (WST:TSX-V) announce that a 1651 line-km GEOTEM airborne geophysical survey was completed in June on the Kulyk Lake project. Phase 1 prospecting and reconnaissance geological mapping has also been recently completed on the property by Eagle Plains field crews.

Cranbrook, B.C. 15 June, 2007: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (“Eagle Plains”) (EPL:TSX-V) and Teck Cominco Limited (“Teck Cominco”) (TCK.B:TSX) have agreed to form a Strategic Alliance to explore for base-metals (zinc, lead, copper, silver) in the Mackenzie Mountain area of western NWT. Eagle Plains has been active in the region for over five years, and controls permits and claims covering an area of over 5,400 square km.
Cranbrook, B.C., 12 June, 2007: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) and Wellstar Energy Corporation (WST:TSX-V) announce that crews have now mobilized to the Kulyk Lake project area, and will begin systematically mapping and sampling all known occurrences. Prospecting and reconnaissance mapping will also be completed in an attempt to locate new mineralization. An airborne geophysical survey is also scheduled for the property, to commence immediately on availability of aircraft.
Eagle Plains Resources (TSX-V: EPL) is pleased to announce that a six man crew has begun a surface prospecting program with its joint venture partner Blue Sky Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: BSK, WKN: AOMKXP) on the Eagle Lake and Karin Lake uranium projects, located in the Athabasca region of Saskatchewan. The work program will follow up on historic showings identified in the exploration programs conducted in the 1970’s which identified surface samples as high as 8% U308 (AR 74A14-0023).
