The McQuesten property, formerly known as the "Wayne", consists of 51 quartz mining claims (2550 acres) that are accessed by the all-weather Yukon Silver Trail highway. The property is adjacent to a hydro-electric transmission line and an airstrip. The McQueston is 120km southeast of Viceroy Resource Corporation's Brewery Creek gold deposit, and 35 kilometres south of the Dublin Gulch gold deposit. The village of Elsa is situated 5km northeast of the property.
