Eagle Plains Information To Be Available Through S&P Market Access Program

Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:EPL) announced today that its company information will be made available via Standard & Poor's Market Access Program, an information distribution service that enables subscribing publicly traded companies to have their company information disseminated to users of Standard & Poor's Advisor Insight. The company information to be made available through this program includes share price, volume, dividends, shares outstanding, company financial position, and earnings.

Eagle Plains Commences Drilling on Kalum Gold-Silver Project

Cranbrook, B.C., 31 August 2004: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has commenced a 10,000’ (3000m) diamond drilling program on the Kalum project located 30km northwest of Terrace, near the central coast of British Columbia. The claims consist of 540 units (32,000/13,500 ha) covering an area of approximately 10 km x 12 km, and are 100% owned by Eagle Plains (subject to a 1%NSR). 2004 work programs are budgeted at over $1,000,000, and follow encouraging results obtained during 2003 (see Sept 30, 2003 News Release).

Northern Continental Commences Diamond-Drilling on Eagle Plains’ LCR Project

Cranbrook, B.C., 23 August 2004: A 3-hole, 500m diamond drilling program has commenced on the LCR property, currently under option to Northern Continental Resources (NCR:TSX-V) from Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V). The road-accessible claims are located 40 km north of Terrace, in west-central British Columbia and consist of 200 units (12,150 acres). The property is situated 2 km north of EPL’s 100% owned Kalum project, and shares many geologic similarities.

Initial Drill-Hole Results Released for Copper Canyon Project

(“Schwab”) to perform investor relations services to the company for an initial six-month term, commencing June 7th. Schwab and Associates are based in Kelowna, B.C., with involvement in investor relations activities across North America and Europe. At present, Schwab has no interest, directly or indirectly in Eagle Plains or its securities.
