Cranbrook, B.C., 18 January, 2006: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has completed exploration work and compiled analytical data on the Kalum project located 30km northwest of Terrace, near the central coast of British Columbia. The claims cover an area of approximately 10 km x 12 km, and are 100% owned by Eagle Plains. A total of $330,000 was spent on the property during the 2005 season, with 147 rock samples, 381 soil samples, 82 silt samples, and 1771.2’ (540.0m) of diamond drilling completed.
Cranbrook, B.C., 10 January, 2006: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:EPL) and Northern Continental Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:NCR) have completed diamond drilling activity on the Elsiar (LCR) project, located 40 km north-west of Terrace, B.C., and 2km north of EPL’s Kalum project. A total of 7,888’ (2,405m) of drilling was completed in 20 holes at a cost of $850,000.

Cranbrook, B.C., 19 December, 2005: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) has closed a non-brokered public offering as announced on November 10, 2005 and amended November 17th, 2005. The financing was comprised of 1,276,427 non flow-through units for gross proceeds of CDN$893,499 and 417,237 flow-through shares for gross proceeds of CDN$417,237. A total of 1,693,664 shares and 1,276,427 warrants were issued, for total proceeds of the financing of CDN$1,310,736.
Cranbrook, B.C., 08 December, 2005: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL:TSX-V) and option partner Northern Continental Resources (NCR:TSX-V) have initiated a 600m (2,000’) $100,000 diamond drilling program on the Abo Gold Project, located 5 km north of Harrison Hot Springs, approximately 100 km east of Vancouver, British Columbia. The current program is designed to follow-up on a new zone of high grade mineralization discovered during drilling activity conducted in April of this year.

Cranbrook, B.C. 25 October, 2005: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL: TSX-V) has completed Phase 1 drilling activity on it’s 100% controlled Sphinx property, located 60 km west of Kimberley, BC. The claims consist of a total area of 2500 ha, with 1600 ha acquired by staking by EPL and 900 ha subject to an option to earn 100% interest (less 1% NSR) from arms-length individuals. A total of 14 holes were completed for a total of 10,921’ (3,330m).
