Darren Fach



Mr. Fach has been an associate at McLeod & Company since 1992 and became a partner of the firm on January 1st, 2000. His primary area of practice is securities and corporate/commercial law which include corporate restructuring and finance, private and public company equity offerings and corporate acquisitions and divestitures. He also oversees our Corporate Records Department which manages private, public and extra-provincially registered companies.

Mr. Fach attended the University of Manitoba Law School where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1989. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in and has practiced law in Calgary since that time.

Mr. Fach has been involved in community and professional endeavours. His community activities include being Board Member and Secretary of the Calgary Colts Junior Football Association, member of the Calgary Mineral Exploration Group, volunteer lecturer for MCC Employment Development, and members of various other not-for-profit societies or community groups and organizations. Mr. Fach has been a member of the Business Law and Securities subsections of the Canadian Bar Association, and has spoken on business law and securities issues to numerous community and professional groups.
